Longines Sales Salon


As the first of its kind, the Longines Sales Salon in South Africa was a stunning event to set the scene for more events to come. It was an event that allowed Longines to showcase their new Novelties collection in style, where the 36 retailers in attendance could discuss the watches with representatives of the brand, and place their orders.

The Concept and Setup

This was a bespoke 2-day event, with up to 60 people making their way in and out of the venue in that time. With all the personalised elements and touches of branding throughout the setup, the Loud team had to go in a full day in advance to set up. Although the details were challenging to execute, it was a challenge we welcomed and embraced!

Starting off with a signature blue carpet, our mood lighting and AV setup complimented the theme and ambience perfectly.

The Event

As a way to showcase their new collection to retailers, this event brought together key players in the market to increase the selection of Longines watches in store by allowing orders for stock to be placed directly at the event. After all the stakeholders had met, there was a light cocktail dinner served, hosted by brand ambassador, Terry Pheto.

We’re happy we got to fit in so many bespoke Longines pieces throughout the event, and are especially pleased with how the Longines sign at the infinity pool turned out. A brand we are proud to be working with.
