This year is Loud’s 17th anniversary and I’m so excited to announce the next step in our journey. We have seen great change, had many talented and inspiring young people contribute and add their own individual spark to our company which has grown and evolved through the support and trust of our treasured customers.

So it is with great pleasure and excitement that I announce the promotion of Devon Rossouw to the position of Managing Director. Devon has been with Loud for four years and his story with us goes back even further. He has been instrumental in guiding and leading our journey into the digital realm. Devon's quiet authority, vast expertise, and dedication to our customers have proven him to be more than right for the job. I have every faith in him and know he will lead the organisation to places I could not even fathom.

I will continue to work with, and for the team, from my new home in the UK. I am only a zoom call away but know that not only Devon, but the entire Loud team are well equipped and passionate about what we do, and who we do it for. This company has proven time and again that what makes us work, grow and thrive is not an individual but a collection of some very special souls whose talent and dedication continues to surprise and amaze me.
