Our Bossy Lady in Chief, Cathy Steyn, started The Loud Group back in 2004, in the hopes of creating a happy space to work in, with people she loved, on work she really enjoyed doing! (We’d say she’s done a pretty good job, but we might be a liiittle biased.) “Cath” has qualifications in Graphic Design, Business, Marketing, and Social Media, to name a few, and has experience working as a Marketing Manager before deciding to branch out on her own.

She’s known as the crazy and creative one around the office, and she always brings fun and positivity to work with her! When she isn’t working to the wee hours of the morning, you’re most likely to find her spending time with her husband and son over weekends – probably at a rugby game or two, or catching up on her favourite TV shows: The Great British Bake-off, Treehouse Masters, and Dr Phil.

Catch her in the office calling anything she thinks is cool, “sexy” or, more likely, bouncing ideas around for the latest project she’s working on!
