Fiona Hayden, or “Fi” as she’s fondly known around the office, is one of the original Loud Crowd. She joined us back in 2008, “just helping out for a while”, but that quickly turned into a permanent gig.

Fi likes to brag that she’s learned everything she knows from the University of Life, but she also studied Business Management through WITS, and has even been involved in the start-up of not just one, but two, smaller businesses in her life. When she’s not working, she can be found knitting, gardening shopping, reading, or squeezing in a bit of Masterchef Australia whenever she has a free moment. Forgive her if you hear a naughty word or two coming from her office – it can be stressful being the “Mom” of the Loud Crowd!
